1.Wonderla Cochin :

Its not fair to promote a particular park like this for , But sorry competitorsI have to tell that this is the best amusement park in Kerala. ,this amusements parks name should not be restricted to this place called kerala ,I could tell that this very amusement park has international quality.

It would be  world class experience for you sure ,My words. I first visited this park when i was just 10 years old.

. It’s modern, clean and green, and has a wide variety of attractions. There are over 50 rides, 12 of which are water based and nine especially for small children.. There’s also a resort on the premises, so you can stay there.

  • Location:  In Pallikkara, about 15 kilometers from Kochi in Kerala.
  • Ticket Price: Adults 460 rupees weekdays, 600 rupees on weekends and public holidays, and 660 rupees during peak season. Children 360 rupees weekdays, 470 rupees on weekends and public holidays, and 530 rupees during peak season.
  • Open: Monday to Friday 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, Holiday and Festival seasons 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
  • Attractions: Cinemagic, Thunderfall, Rapid river, Lacer show, Wavepool, Musical fountain, Twin flipper monster, Spacegun, Skywheel, Hang glider, Family slide ,a boat journey into a cave filled with mystery followed by a spash down into a crystal clear pool, is popular. There’s a 3D movie theater .( If you love getting wet, don’t miss the Rain Disco — an indoor dance floor with psychedelic laser lights and a rain system that provides showers of warm water, choreographed to the music)

This amusement park is the materialization of long for people in northern Kerala .Unit of Malabar Pleasures (India) Pvt Ltd, promoted by Malabar Tourism Development Cooperative Ltd

Vismaya Water Theme Park is the one and only water theme park in India promoted by a Co-operative Society. Vismaya is well managed under the effective stewardship of Chairman Mr.Vadi Ravindran and General Manager Mr. P.P Chandran supported by a team of dynamic board of directors.

  • Location :Kolmotta, Parassinikkadavu.
  • Attraction:Musical fountain with lacer show in water screen, Sky train on mono wheels, Dancing floor, huge artificial lake, Crazy ride, Tornado, Mini pendulum, Giant wheel, Water splash

3.Silver Storm Water Theme Park Thrissur

  • Management :Silver Storm Amusement Parks (P) Ltd is the brainchild of a group of enterprising NRIs. The park was launched with financial assistance from the Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (KSIDC). Its Chairman, Mr N.V Purushothaman, MD, Mr.A.I Shalimar, Directors Mr.P.K Abdul Jaleel, Mr. M.S Chandran, Mr.V.A Siraj, Mr.Abdul Hasis and Mr.V.R.Menon ably guide silver Storm.
  • The first phase of the park was launched on August 5,2000. The second phase was launched on Dec 25,2000 and the third phase on April 21 2001. The fourth phase was inaugurated on December 24,2003 and the fifth phase in April 2005.
  • Location : Vettilapara, near Athirappilly in Trichur District,Kerala.
  • Facilities :restaurants

4.Flora Fantasia Malappuram

I personally visited this amusement park. This amusement park is owned by a group NRIs and it situated in Malppuram district. Its a venture by Vengad Resorts and Retreats Ltd.

  • Location : Moorkanad Village near Valanchery Town..
  • Facilities :There are two huge restaurants two provide delicious food. Plenty of Snack Bars and Ice cream parlours.
  • Attractions:  Unique water Rides like Pushpak, 4D animation theatre, multipurpose water play system, Free fall, Covered pool exclusively for ladies, water falls,Water Rides, Dry Rides, Thrilling Splashless, huge Wave Pool,Restaurant, Cafeteria; Kids play zone
  • The Park spreads over the 13.5Acres of land for entertainment where whole family can relax.
  • It includes exciting  and many more.
  • Water Quality of Flora Fantasia: The quality of Water in the Pools is maintained in a perfect condition using most modern Filtration Plants. Each Pool is having its own Filtration Plant-Total 5Nos of plants. A chemist will collect sample water from each pool daily morning and evening and test it in the in-house laboratory under the guidance of a well qualified scientist with Doctorate in this field. The Parameter of the tested water is exhibited on the notice board for the reference of the visitors.Potable water out lets will coolers are installed in various parts of the Park for the convenience of the visitors.

5.Happy Land Water Trivandrum

One any only amusement park in the capital city of Kerala ,Trivandrum.

  • The Happy-land is located in between the rocks and paddy fields of Pirappankot in Thiruvananthapuram district.
  •  The distance is:  23 km from Thiruvananthapuram city.

6.Fantasy Park Palakkad

First amusement and water theme park in state Kerala.

7.Dream World Thrissur

  • The Dream world water theme park is on the way towards Aathirappali water falls. The main attarctions of this park are Wavepool with sea waves, boating in the Lazy river enjoying beautiful and natural views, rides like Mat racer, Space bowl, Dream splash, Crecent coaster, Boomerang, Stormy river, Amazon river, Rain dance, and so on. There is a Kids village also here. The park is located eight kilometers from Chalakkudi in Trichur district.

8.Kottakkunnu

  • This park in Kottakkunnu is the first amusement park built by a corporation in Kerala. There are about twenty five rides in this park. The other activities are Water shoot, Family pool, Giant wheel, Carousel, Free fall, Multyline and various types of pools.
  • Admission Time:11am to 7pm.
  • Admission Charges:Adult: Rs.200, Child (90cm to 140cm): Rs.150, Sr.Citizen: Rs.100.

9.Sadhu Merry Kingdom

  • The amusement center, Sadhu Kingdom is located at Kadachira in Kannur district. The entertainments are Climbing net, Sight seeing tower, Toy train, Toy car, Bumping dashing cars, Sliding pool, Cyclone, Kids pool, Wave pool, Rain dance and Pool to pool. Distance is 10 km from Kannur city.
  • Ticket charges:Adult: Rs. 290, Child (below 120 cm): Rs. 250, On holidays ticket charges: Rs. 330 for adults and 290 for child.

10.Black Thunder

This is a center of fancy rides, located near the Mettupalayam Ooty main road. The entertainments in Black Thunder are Cannon ball, Volcano, Twister, Wild river, Kids pool, Surf hill, Wave pool, Boomerang, Kids boating, For men water ride, Shotgun slide, Aqua ball and Big splash. The distance is 3 km from Mettupalayam bus stand.

Adult: Rs.290, Child (3to12years): Rs.250.

11.Baywatch

The Baywatch at Kanyakumari is a world of amazing views including a wax museum which reminds you of the Madame Tussauds museum of London where wax statues of world famous celebrities are displayed. The specialties of Baywatch are Aqua shuttle, Multiple splash, Crazy cruise, Milky way, Anaconda ride,Wave pool, 3 D Theatre, Crazy chair, Flying elephant, Bumping car, Sky walk and Kids pool. The park is one kilometer away from Kanyakumari bus stand in Kovalam road.
