Lord Macaulay in 1860 during the rule in India criminalised homosexual by law . “whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with imprisonment”.
Much to the protest Back in 2009  judges in Delhi decriminalised homosexuality.Every one was happy.

But in 2014 Indian High court re -criminalised Same-sex sexual activity .

Is Same sex legal in India ?— Illegal under section 377 of the Indian penal code. Penalty: Up to life imprisonment.

  • LGBT right in America?

 It is legal in America since 2003

We have gay friends and didn’t see it as unnatural that Prithvi’s character was gay, ” says Sanjay.
