Benefits of 7 Yoga Pranayama

 

7 Types of Pranayama:

Do one by one.

Practice it for 15 -20 minutes in the morning and in the evening on an empty stomach and fresh air.

1.First : Kapalbhati pranayama

  • (removes toxins from the liver and regenerate dead tissues. improves the function of liver)
  • It improves the function of the lungs and other respiratory system.

2: Bahya pranayama (Bahya means “outside”.  It should be done after Kapalbhati Pranayama)
