I have published one article before about engineering graduates in Mollywood and this time i am with Lawyers. On screen many actors most fen but what would be in real life. ?Unlike other film industries ,Kerala is rich with educated and qualified celebrities. Here I am listing about Mollywood celebrities who also holds a Law degree(or studying).
1.Babu Raj:
Well Qualified law graduate in Mollywood.
- Babu Raj is very active doing in Mollywood now with multiple roles.
- He is LLB AND LLM(master of laws) as well.
2.Mamooty:
- Our mega star was advocate before coming to silver light . He graduated from famous Maharajas college and practised as lawyer in Manjeri court before he tried his luck in films. His strong educational background helped him in portraying beautifully and more appealing characters.
3.Apporva Bose:
- She is my cousin’s classmate in NLU(nation law university ) Cochin. It was through him I heard and learned about this beautiful actress.
- She is working hard to balance her studies and acting.
- Recently she got into trouble in flood stricken place in Kashmir during her vacation and later got back to Kerala safe.
4.Praseetha Menon:
- Praseetha is a law graduate.
- Famous through “Badayi Bungalow “.
- Born in Nigeria and brought up in Cochin.
- She come to the rare league of Kerala based female mimicry artist.
5.Renjini :
- Famous yesteryear actress.
- She is a graduate lawyer and is currently working as a joint director in an overseas education institution in Kochi ,Kerala . She is married to Malayali businessman Pierre Kombara
6.Muthumani Somasundaram:
- She is a student of law, a dancer, a mono act performer as well as a theater artiste in addition to proving her mettle as an actress.
- She got recongnmized after acting movies like Rasathanthram and Innathe Chintha Vishayam ,in which she shared screen space with Mohanlal.

- Born in the year 1954 in Ambalappuzha
- He studied at Edava Muslim High School
- He is an alumnus of University College Trivandrum and Fatima Mata National College.
- Menon enrolled as a lawyer on 30 July 2012, 22 years after completing his degree.
8. Veena Nair:
- From Thiruvananthapuram.
- Famous through television anchoring
- She had pursued her LLB from the Law Academy there
“Learning this subject has been in my blood as a lot of my family members are advocates. I had a fiery passion to study all aspects of law. I am not entirely sure that I will take this up as a career, but I am planning to pursue a higher degree in law in the coming days
